Flight Design had a strong showing at the 2013 Sport Aviation Expo held January 17-20 in Sebring, Florida. Featured on display and for numerous demo flights were two new CTLSi airplanes equipped with the new fuel-efficient Rotax 912 iS engine which were recently delivered to our two new Flight Design dealers in Florida, Sport Aviation Florida in Spruce Creek and Americana Aviation in Miami. The display area also had added excitement due to the arrival of a brand new CTLS amphibious floatplane flown by Tom Gutmann of our dealer, Airtime Aviation. After the show, Tom will fly the amphibious CTLS to the Bahamas, clearly demonstrating the fun and adventure to be had with this terrific airplane.
Flight Design also received much interest during the show in our limited “Jubilee Edition” airplanes and the game-changing C4.
The excitement and enthusiasm shown in Flight Design’s aircraft at the Sport Aviation Expo, the first event of the new year, leads us to confidently believe 2013, Flight Design’s Jubilee 25th year, could very well be the best ever!
